Why can't I connect to my iPhone 6?

We apologize that you are still experiencing issues. We are currently working on a solution to this issue as it seems that the most recent iPhone update may be playing a part. We are working as fast as we can to find a work around but it is starting to look like we may need to wait until Apples releases a new update. If we are able to find a solution we will absolutely release an update to let everyone know. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Guys, how is it possible that your new headphones (for which we all paid some pretty good coin) is literally incompatible with the latest Apple phone? Yes, I tried your 'workaround' of trying to connect while playing music -- same failure.

Please PLEASE update us with the fix path and timeframe so I know when I can actually use my new headphones, ok? #kindainsane

This is from over 2 years ago and it STILL doesn't work.  C'mon guys!  How can we recommend ANYONE to buy these if you cant get them to work properly in over 2 years?!?!  I was so excited for this, but they have sat in a box for over a year and a half while you fixed the issue and it still isn't fixed.  It's just sad at this point.

OK, so I seemed to have gotten it working.  Unfortunately, my only Windows 10 computer is a desktop, so no bluetooth.  You cant connect to the iPhone app to update the firmware on the headset, so the headset wont work with Apple until you do.  I had to use my daughter's Android phone, download the app there, update the headphones on Android, and THEN it let me connect using my iPhone 6+.  Hope this helps someone.

Yup, I'm the same way...that's why when I figured it out, within the time I would've had to still return them, I didn't. BUT it is severely disappointing that it'll be nearing a year that the problem has yet to be fixed. And agreed, I don't mind not connecting to other headphones as long as my phone can connect to them.

Yup, @bobbyalcott, I've said something on their FB page and never received a reply. The ONLY way that the headphones work with the iPhone is plugged in and the lights don't even work which is one of the big reasons I loved this pair of headphones to begin with.

I can nothe connect to any Android devices. I tried connecting of my friend's Galaxy S4 and I also tried my Galaxy Note 5. Both attempts failed after multiple tries.

I hear ya, @christinepradella, and I'm chalking up most of all this to newbie company pains... and I can accept that, to a point.

Don't get me wrong -- I really want these to work. The concept is fantastic, the headphones are comfortable, and although they have already replaced one pair due to cracks in the headband, I really like this product. I'm just flabbergasted that the Bluetooth connectivity -- the main thrust of the headphones in the first place -- is incompatible with the single most popular mobile phone in the World.

I know the Wearhaus folks are working on this, and I believe they can do it. Just so they know... I'd gladly give up the inter-headphone/broadcasting features in order to get the headphones to simply connect to my iPhone (if forced to make that choice).

I'm seriously upset that it's been six months and this hasn't been fixed yet. I waited far more months than originally notified it would take to get them and they don't even work as they're intended to. They're completely useless to me at the moment.
