Can I get a return a defective Arc?

Return of Non-Defective Products

A non-defective product may be returned to Wearhaus within two weeks (14 days) of the delivery date for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:

  1. Wearhaus will not refund the original shipping cost or the shipping and handling fees incurred from the products return.
  2. No refund will be granted for an Arc that was tampered with in any way which jeopardized Wearhaus’ ability to remarket or resell the product.
  3. Wearhaus maintains full discretion in decisions regarding products fit for return.
  4. Any non-defective returns that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unopened units do not have a restocking fee.
  5. Wearhaus is not responsible for shipping cost to return non-defective units.

    i have two pairs of Arcs and neither works via bluetooth meaning i cannot update the firmware.. Why can you not update it via the USB cable

    No reply or contact by Wearhaus staff

     

    16th Sept 2016 I,m only able to connect via bluetooth to my partner iMac after a fashion and it will not connect to carry out a software update.
    I cannot connect via bluetooth to my iPhone, iPad or macbook pro. I have to sets and they appear to have the same issue. one headset has the head band broken after little use. can you resolve the issue please.
