My Beam's buttons won't respond.

If your Beam's buttons become unresponsive for any reason, you can plug in the charging cable to restart your Beam. Once your Beam restarts, the buttons will work again.


Note: The is a bug that can happen for a variety of reasons, including the battery level, type of phone connected via Bluetooth, and number of people in the audio sharing group. We are actively working on a resolution for this issue and will release a firmware update in the near future to fix this.
